VitalLoop Terms & Conditions

1. Service Scope: VitalLoop provides weekly/bi-weekly organic waste collection services. We commit to picking up properly sorted compostable materials from the designated collection point at your service address on your scheduled day.

2. Proper Sorting: To maintain our soil quality, customers agree to only place acceptable organic materials in the bin. [Insert a link to a "What We Compost" page]. Contamination with non-compostable items (plastic, metal, glass, hazardous waste) may result in a non-collection fee or the suspension of service.

3. Payment & Subscription: Subscriptions are billed automatically on a Monthly basis. By providing your payment details, you authorize recurring charges for the selected service tier. You may cancel at any time, but please notify us at least [e.g., 48 hours] before your next scheduled collection to stop the upcoming billing cycle.

4. Liability & Access: Customers are responsible for ensuring clear, safe access to the collection bin. If we are unable to access the bin due to locked gates or obstruction, we will attempt to reach out, but we may not be able to return until the next scheduled pickup.
